Yes! All KokuKids labels are printed on high-quality waterproof vinyl. They are dishwasher-safe, laundry-safe, and resistant to everyday wear and tear. They won't peel or fade in the dishwasher or washing machine.

We typically dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery across Saudi Arabia takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Absolutely. We fully support Arabic names and text. When customizing, you can type your child's name in Arabic and select an Arabic-compatible font like Noto Kufi Arabic.

Each sheet contains 12 labels. The exact label dimensions vary by product type — check the product page for size details.

Yes! Our Photo Name Labels product supports uploading a photo of your child. Our design team converts it to a cute cartoon style and includes it on the label. Please allow 1 extra business day for processing.

We accept Mada cards, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay — all processed securely through Moyasar. We never store card details on our servers.

Yes! Contact us at hello@kokukids.com for school or corporate orders. We offer bulk discounts and can customize labels with school logos or class information.

Please double-check the name before placing your order — we print exactly what you enter. If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, email us as quickly as possible at hello@kokukids.com and we'll do our best to correct it before it goes to print.

Since each order is personalized and printed to order, we generally cannot accept returns. However, if there is a printing error on our side, we will reprint or refund your order. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Yes. All displayed prices include 15% VAT as required by ZATCA regulations. A tax invoice is automatically generated and emailed with your order confirmation.
